I had the privilege in working with Lisa Carias during her time at Mattel. She effectively managed our day-to-day program operations including: Onboard/Offboard W2 temporary workers for all Professional, Creative, IT, Legal, and Clerical/Administrative jobs, ensuring program compliance, provided excellent customer service, offered just-in-time functional user support of the Fieldglass system and provided timely reporting and analytics to Mattel hiring managers.

Lisa was an integral part of the program and offered support, advice, issue resolution and effective follow through on all matters. She is responsible, dependable, organized and a true partner!
