Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get onboarded as a client?
You'll start by booking a consultation to discuss your needs and goals. After that, we’ll send you a customized proposal. Once the proposal is approved, it’s turned into a formal contract for review and signature. As soon as the contract is signed, we’re ready to get started.
What can I expect during the onboarding process?
Once we agree to work together, we’ll schedule a kickoff call to clarify goals, priorities, and tools to be used.
You’ll be matched with the team member best suited to your needs. For long-term clients, the first 30 days focus on setting milestones, establishing communication routines, and delivering initial tasks with regular updates.
For short-term projects, we complete and return the requested deliverables by the agreed-upon deadline.
Do you offer custom packages or solutions?
Yes, although 95% of our clients prefer hourly support, we’re happy to explore a custom package based on your specific needs.
What platforms or tools do you use?
We have a list of platforms we regularly work with available upon request. However, our team is quick to learn new tools and software, thanks to our experience across a wide range of industries.
We typically use Google Drive, Google Docs, or OneDrive to share files with clients.
Can I control which platforms or tools you use?
Yes. We’re happy to adapt to your systems or make suggestions based on efficiency. If a specific tool is required, we’ll ensure proper setup and access permissions.
Will I need to download anything?
Generally, no. Our work is performed remotely using shared-access platforms. If a specific tool requires installation, we’ll address it during your consultation/onboarding.
Do you offer any in-person services?
Not at this time. While we are open to meeting in person when possible, all core services are 100% remote by design.
What are your hours of operation?
Our main office is based in Illinois, and we operate during standard business hours in Central Time.
