Why do you list hourly rates for your services?

Every client's needs and projects are different. The majority of our clients prefer to be charged by the hour so they can keep on top of their budget. We can also work with you to develop a "custom package" where you can get recurring types of services each month.

What is your general turnaround time for document creation/project management?

This is determined by the scope of the assignment - turnaround time will be discussed after our initial review.

Can I work with you on a recurring basis at specific times throughout the week?

Yes - we can discuss during our consultation and confirm who will be able to be able to accommodate your request.

My information and documents must remain confidential - do you share my documents with other people?

No, we do not share your personal information, company information, documentation, or knowledge of current internal business without your written consent. All clients are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement/Confidentiality Agreement before working together.

Are you able to assist me onsite?

No, our team is 100% remote at this time. However, if there is an opportunity to meet, we love meeting our clients in person!

What if I need help but I need to stay within a certain budget?

Let's meet and discuss! If we cannot assist you, we have a wide network of professionals that we can provide referrals from.
